i was wondering if it really makes a difference whether we make our mixture in a 30ml dropper or 12ml dropper? it's soooo hard for me to find a 30ml one. lol. will it be the wrong water/drops ratio if i use a smaller dropper bottle? thanks!!

Re: Taking the 'right' amount
Thu, September 25, 2008 - 10:18 PMHi Kaz,
I wouldn't worry about that at all. The essences can be taken "straight" or diluted, the exact ratio isn't important. It's more important to take them regularly enough, at least 4 times a day, when working on an issue.
Hope this helps,
Cheers,

Re: Taking the 'right' amount
Sat, September 27, 2008 - 2:18 PMagreed. I've been taught that the frequency of the doses has more impact than the amount per dose.
ie: if a flower essence is bringing up stuff that seems a bit too much to handle, then take the dose once a day instead of three times. or if you're noticing no effect, then take it three or four times a day rather than just once. but don't worry too much about how many drops you use (or how big the drops are).
also... if you're having difficulty dealing with what an essence brings up for you, you can take rescue remedy or five flower formula or crisis cooler as well as your main essence. those can help support you in your work without decreasing your dosage frequency.

Re: Taking the 'right' amount
Tue, November 18, 2008 - 6:11 PMLuckily we are talking about the energetic signature of flowers and not something like drugs hehe! I have noticed it isn't so much how MUCH you take, but how OFTEN you take them. Just put a few drops in a water bottle and drink all day - or whatever works for you. If you accidentally "forget" - then you are probably still processing the prior dose(s) - just begin again and you don't have to compensate by taking more to "make up" - it isn't antibiotics or anything - you can take your time :-)
